Structural Surveys
Structural Surveys
We undertake structural inspection for properties that require structural engineers assessment, and provide comprehensive technical reports.
Quite often a surveyor or valuer carries out a survey on a property and identifies a structural defect. Our Engineer will provide specialist advice for likely causes of the defect and also offer advice on any necessary remedial works. We also carry out condition surveys for new buyers and provide a comprehensive report on our findings.
